Eligibility & Participation

The conference welcomes submissions from scholars and practitioners at various career stages:

University faculty members and research fellows
Postdoctoral researchers and early-career academics
Graduate researchers (MA/MS/MPhil/PhD candidates)
Independent scholars and think-tank researchers

Policy practitioners, analysts, and civil society representatives

Student Track: Undergraduate submissions may be considered under a dedicated Student Track, providing emerging scholars with valuable presentation experience and feedback.

Complete original research (3,000–7,000 words)

Extended Abstract

Detailed abstract (800–1,200 words with methodology)

Visual research presentation (A1 or digital format)

Concise policy analysis (2,000–3,000 words)

Preliminary findings and ongoing research

Format Specifications

  • Language: English (Arabic/Urdu track available upon request)
  • File Format: MS Word (.docx) only
  • Font: Times New Roman, 12pt
  • Margins: 1 inch (2.54 cm) all sides
  • Line Spacing: 1.5 for main text

Required Elements

  • Abstract: 200–300 words (standalone)
  • Keywords: 4–6 relevant terms
  • Authorship: Full names, affiliations, emails
  • Structure: IMRaD format recommended

Preferred for social sciences

Note: Any recognized academic referencing style is acceptable, provided it is used consistently throughout the paper.

AI-Assisted Writing Disclosure
