Acceptance
By using this website you accept these terms. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site. These terms are governed by the laws of the Islamic Republic of Pakistan, and the courts of Islamabad have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
Use of published articles
Articles in the Journal of Law & Social Sciences and the Global Islamic Research Journal are published open access under a Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 licence (CC BY 4.0). You may copy, redistribute, adapt and build upon them for any purpose, including commercially, provided you give appropriate credit to the author and the journal, link to the licence, and indicate whether changes were made.
Authors retain copyright in their own work. The institute claims no exclusive rights over articles it publishes.
Site content and branding
The IRIP name, seal and visual identity, and the non-article content of this site, remain the property of the institute and may not be reproduced in a way that implies endorsement or affiliation without written permission.
Submissions
By submitting a manuscript you confirm that:
- The work is your own, and all sources are properly attributed.
- It is not under consideration at another journal.
- Any research involving human participants received documented ethics approval before fieldwork began.
- You have disclosed any substantive use of generative tools in drafting.
- All named co-authors have seen and approved the submission.
Submissions found to breach these confirmations are withdrawn, including after publication, and a retraction notice is published openly.
Accuracy of information
We take care to keep programme dates, deadlines and event details accurate, but they can change. Where a date on this site conflicts with one given to you in writing by the institute, the written communication takes precedence.
Views expressed in published articles are those of their authors. Publication indicates that a manuscript passed peer review; it is not an endorsement of its conclusions by the institute or its board.

This site links to partner institutions and external resources. We do not control that content and are not responsible for it.
Limitation of liability
The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, the institute is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from its use. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.
