It means the reviewer does not know who wrote it, the author does not know who reviewed it, and the editor cannot override either of them without writing down why. The same process governs all six titles.
Scope, structure and basic method are checked within two weeks. Roughly a third of submissions stop here, and we say so plainly.
Two reviewers with subject expertise, neither from the author's institution. Identities are withheld in both directions.
Eight to twelve weeks. Reviewers write to the argument and the evidence; comments on the author are struck out by the editor.
Accept, revise, or decline — with reasons. Authors may appeal a decision to the Editorial Board, which sits separately from the governing board.
Pick the right title
Six journals means six scopes. A paper sent to the wrong one is desk-rejected on scope alone, however good it is.
Anonymise the manuscript
Remove your name, institution and any self-identifying citation from the file itself. Put them in the cover sheet instead.
State the method
Sampling, instruments, analysis and limitations belong in the paper, not in a reply to a reviewer six weeks later.
Clear ethics first
Studies involving human participants need documented ethics approval before fieldwork, not after submission.
Cite properly
Each title states its citation style on its own page. Arabic sources are transliterated to the journal's scheme.
Write for a reader
A reviewer who cannot follow your argument will not assume the fault is theirs. Neither will we.
Authors pay nothing to submit or to publish. Readers pay nothing to read. There is no embargo period and no institutional subscription. Publication costs are met by the institute out of its own budget.
We take this seriously because article processing charges quietly exclude exactly the researchers we were founded to publish.
All six journals read submissions year-round. Desk decisions come back within two weeks.
