No. All six titles operate diamond open access: there are no submission fees, no article processing charges, and no charge to readers. Publication costs are met by the institute.
Desk review is completed within two weeks. Full double-blind review normally takes eight to twelve weeks depending on reviewer availability. You will be told promptly if a manuscript is desk-rejected.
MPhil and PhD candidates, early-career academics, and practitioners doing applied research. Some workshops assume prior statistical or language preparation; the requirement is stated on each programme.
al-Majalla al-Duwaliyya Lisān al-ʿArab publishes in Arabic with English abstracts. The Global Islamic Research Journal and the International Islamic Finance Center Journal accept Arabic submissions with an English abstract. The remaining titles publish in English.
Yes. The twelve-month fellowship carries a monthly stipend, a research allowance, and a conference travel budget. Fellows are expected to be resident in Islamabad for at least eight months.
